Mohali, India, December 2025 — Anil Bhat has joined Azalio Technologies as the new Head of Human Resources, marking a strategic appointment as the cloud solutions firm accelerates its workforce and operational expansion. Anil brings a proven track record in talent management, organizational development, and people operations, built over a career of more than two decades in technology-driven environments.
Prior to joining Azalio Technologies, Anil held senior HR leadership roles at Delaplex, TechAhead, and smartData Enterprises Inc., where he consistently demonstrated expertise in aligning human capital strategies with business goals. At Delaplex, he played a key role in scaling human capital acquisition and streamlining onboarding processes for emerging tech talent. His stint as Associate Director – HR BP at TechAhead saw him leading business partnering efforts across fast-paced digital transformation teams.
Anil has also served as Head of HR at CodeStore and Senior Manager – HR at ClixLogix Technologies, where he developed robust frameworks for recruitment, performance management, and compliance. His earlier tenure at Flexsin and his 15-year foundational stint at NuWave eSolutions Pvt. Ltd. — where he rose to the level of Director, Indian Operations — provided him with deep operational insight and a strong grounding in building people-centric practices in tech-centric companies.
In his new role at Azalio Technologies, Anil is expected to lead the HR strategy for a growing team delivering cloud computing solutions across private and public environments. His focus will be on cultivating a strong company culture, building scalable HR systems, and enabling high-performance teams that support Azalio’s long-term innovation agenda.
