Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, January 2025 – Anil Kumar has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Buildcast Solutions Private Limited. In his new role, he will oversee the company’s human resources strategies, focusing on talent management, organizational culture, and HR innovation to support the company’s growth in the precast construction industry.
Prior to joining Buildcast Solutions, Kumar served as Head of Human Resources (Iron Ore, BSM, and MTCS Businesses) at Adani Group for over two years, where he led HR initiatives for multiple business verticals, enhancing workforce management and operational efficiency.
Before his tenure at Adani, Kumar was the Head of Human Resources (Manufacturing) at Star Cement Ltd., where he managed HR functions across three manufacturing sites and two major projects, ensuring streamlined operations and employee engagement.
His earlier experience includes nearly a decade at ACC Limited, where he served as Head of Human Resources, overseeing HR, Industrial Relations, Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Affairs, and other key functions. Kumar also held leadership HR roles at Skipper Electricals (India) Limited, Arch Pharmalabs Ltd., and Ozo Corporation Ltd., showcasing his diverse expertise across multiple sectors.
