Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India, September 2025 – Anil Mohanty has joined Falcon Marine Exports Limited as Group Head Human Resources, bringing with him nearly three decades of deep HR leadership experience spanning telecom, FMCG, real estate, healthcare, and consulting. In his new role, Anil will lead group-wide HR strategy across the diversified businesses of Falcon Marine, focusing on talent transformation, organizational development, and digital HR practices to support the company’s continued growth and diversification.
Prior to joining Falcon Marine, Anil Mohanty served as Chief People Officer at DN Homes, where he led the end-to-end people strategy for the real estate major based in Bhubaneswar. Before this, he worked as an Independent HR Consultant, delivering strategic HR interventions for organizations across India, leveraging his vast industry knowledge and transformation expertise.
Earlier, Anil played a pivotal role at Medikabazaar as Head of People & Culture, where he restructured the HR ecosystem for a fast-growing health-tech startup. His initiatives included HR digitization, change management, performance systems, assessment centers, and talent strategies that aligned with scaling objectives.
Anil also held significant HR leadership roles at Reliance Jio, where over nearly seven years he served as HR Head for Rural Segment Business – Pan India and Regional HR Head. He led massive hiring drives, built region-wide teams, and implemented one of India’s fastest greenfield expansions with over 20,000 employees onboarded. His work had a transformational impact on the telecom giant’s rural reach and operational HR capabilities.
Earlier in his career, Anil was HR Business Partner and Deputy General Manager at Telenor, where he drove pan-India engagement and succession planning, and Head of HR for Huawei’s Service & Delivery Business, where he managed HR functions nationally. His journey also includes roles at Tata Teleservices, Idea Cellular, and ORIX Leasing, where he built strong foundations in talent acquisition, project HR, employee engagement, and organizational development.
