Alex brings a wealth of experience to this leadership role. She has been with Cove Hill Partners for over four years, previously serving as Director of IR & People, where she excelled in integrating investor relations and human capital strategies. Before that, she contributed to the firm’s investment strategy as Vice President – Investment Team for two years, shaping successful partnerships with market-leading companies.

Prior to joining Cove Hill, Alex gained significant experience as a Private Equity Associate at Golden Gate Capital, where she worked on strategic investments and operational improvements for portfolio companies. Her early career was shaped at J.P. Morgan, where she held roles as an Investment Banking Analyst and Summer Analyst, providing advisory services on high-profile financial transactions.
Alex holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Princeton University, showcasing her strong academic foundation in leadership and strategy.
