Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom, December 2024 – Beth Griffiths has taken on the role of Head of People at Amber, where she will lead the company’s human resources and people strategies, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within the organization.
Beth has been a part of Amber for over five years, most recently serving as an Employee Success Business Partner, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement and development. Before that, she excelled as a Talent and Recruitment Manager, driving effective recruitment strategies and building a robust talent pipeline.

Prior to joining Amber, Beth contributed to Transport for Wales as an Internal Recruitment and Talent Advisor, where she focused on internal talent acquisition and development. Her earlier roles include positions at NewLaw Solicitors, where she served as an Internal Recruitment Advisor and chaired the Charity Committee, and at Randstad, where she gained significant experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
Beth also held a position at Hays as a Recruitment Consultant for Contract IT Development, further honing her expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition.
