Before his elevation, Anil served as Vice President and Head of the Zoetis India Capability Center, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the organization’s strong foundation in India. He was instrumental in building high-performing teams, driving digital transformation, and aligning the center’s capabilities with Zoetis’ global strategic objectives.
With more than two decades of leadership experience, Anil has held senior roles at renowned organizations including Eli Lilly and Company, Lowe’s India, Philips, and Fidelity Investments, where he led large-scale digital, infrastructure, and operational transformations. His expertise spans technology strategy, innovation at scale, and enterprise leadership — consistently contributing to organizational growth, operational agility, and cultural transformation.
