Delhi, India, February 2025 – Ankit Kumar has been appointed as Senior Manager – Human Resources at HDFC Life, where he will lead HR business partnering initiatives to drive talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning. Based in Delhi, he will play a key role in enhancing HR strategies, employee engagement, and business alignment to support the company’s growth.
Before joining HDFC Life, Ankit Kumar served as HR Manager at IIFL Home Loans, where he was instrumental in workforce planning, recruitment, and HR operations for nearly two years. He also held a Team Leader – Human Resources role at Policybazaar.com, managing recruitment, business partnering, and HR operations.
His earlier experience includes roles such as Assistant Manager – Human Resources at Max Skill First Limited and Senior Executive – HR at Policybazaar.com, where he contributed to talent acquisition, HR analytics, and employer branding. Additionally, he has worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Vasudha Group, overseeing end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
Ankit Kumar holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Allahabad, equipping him with a strong foundation in strategic HR management, organizational behavior, and business leadership.
