Punjab, Pakistan, November 2024 — Syed Zakir Hussain has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Pepsi Naubahar Bottling Company. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening HR strategies, driving talent development, and aligning HR operations with the company’s long-term business objectives. His extensive experience in HR transformation and organizational leadership will play a vital role in enhancing Pepsi Naubahar Bottling’s people strategy.
Before joining Pepsi Naubahar Bottling Company, Syed Zakir Hussain served as Senior Vice President Human Resources at Almoiz Industries Limited for nearly eight years, where he led comprehensive HR strategies, focusing on employee engagement, leadership development, and workforce optimization.
Prior to that, he was the Head of Human Resources at Crescent Bahuman Ltd. for over a year, where he implemented HR policies, improved organizational efficiency, and supported employee well-being through structured HR frameworks.
He also held the role of General Manager HR at Style Textile (Pvt) Ltd., focusing on talent retention, performance management, and employee relations. Earlier in his career, he served as an HR Business Partner at Descon and HR Manager at Haleeb Foods Limited and FMC Corporation, where he contributed significantly to HR policy implementation and organizational restructuring.
