Surat, Gujarat, India, January 2026 – Abhishek P Mehta has been appointed as the Head of HR at JNP Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., one of Gujarat’s fastest-growing infrastructure companies. In this new role, Abhishek will lead the human resources strategy and operations, supporting the company’s expansion across civil construction, water management, and government infrastructure projects.
Prior to joining JNP Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., Abhishek P Mehta served as the Business Head at JMS Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. for a brief period where he focused on client acquisition and communication strategies.
Before that, he held the position of Business Development Manager at HEPL – A Cavinkare Group Company, where he contributed to business growth through remote engagement. He then briefly worked as Head of Business Development at Effectual Genesis, where he was responsible for expanding client reach.
From 2020 to 2023, he served as Senior Business Development Manager and Key Account Manager at Krazy Mantra Group of Companies, where he played a pivotal role in managing enterprise clients and driving account expansion.
Earlier in his career, he worked with ECG HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd., TalentRupt Inc., and Manpower Mining (I) Pvt. Ltd., where he consistently held Business Development Manager roles, refining his skills in recruitment solutions and sales. His earliest HR leadership experience came at CVM EXPORTS as HR Head, where he managed internal recruitment and led a team of recruiters. He also served as Manager – Recruitment at Adept Recruiting, building a foundation in HR operations.
