Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2025 — Janardhanan Narayanaswamy has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at MAGCORE LAMINATION (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED. In this role, he will be part of the management team, driving the company’s HR transformation and supporting its ambitious growth trajectory through strategic talent management and organizational development initiatives.
Before joining MAGCORE LAMINATION (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED, Janardhanan Narayanaswamy served as a Human Resources Consultant/Advisor for six months, where he provided strategic HR insights and transformation support to various organizations.
Previously, he was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Stovekraft Limited for over a year, where he led HR transformation efforts, implemented HRMS systems, and partnered with KPMG and Deloitte for organizational restructuring, resulting in a 9% productivity improvement and streamlined HR operations.
Prior to that, he held the role of Senior Vice President – HR Strategy/Transformation at Eris Oaknet Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. for nearly seven years. During his tenure, he successfully navigated M&A transitions, improved EBIDTA, and drove talent development initiatives across multiple business units.
He also served as AVP (HR Head) at Adcock Ingram, where he managed HR transformation and employee retention during significant organizational transitions and M&A activities. His early career includes leadership roles at Cadila Pharmaceuticals, Allergan, and Pfizer, where he specialized in leadership development, HR integration, and capability building.
