New York City, United States August 2025 — Ann Chiang has been appointed Chief Financial Officer at Vehicle Management Solutions, stepping into the company’s finance leadership following her tenure as Vice‑President of Corporate Development, M&A, and Strategy. Her deep familiarity with the company’s strategic objectives positions her well to drive its financial future.
Ann’s journey to the CFO role includes key finance leadership roles at Selina, where she served as Vice‑President of Global FP&A and Investor Relations and earlier as Vice‑President of Finance Transformation. She also contributed as a Volunteer Financial Strategy Consultant for PennPAC, helping nonprofits develop budgeting, fundraising, and mission-driven financial infrastructure. Ann’s experience extends to advising tech-enabled startups as an Independent Consultant and leading business strategy and exit execution at Earnest Inc., where she was responsible for fundraising, acquisitions, product launches, and operational standardization. Earlier, she held senior roles in investment banking across Asia-Pacific at Macquarie Capital, Avantage Ventures, and UBS, executing IPOs, M&A, and strategic financial transactions.
In her new CFO capacity at Vehicle Management Solutions, Ann will lead financial stewardship and strategic planning to support the company’s full-cycle vehicle management services across 16+ U.S. cities. Her experience in corporate development, investor relations, and transformation will be instrumental in scaling operations and strengthening stakeholder relationships.
