Trieste, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy, February 2026 – Annalisa Fiore has started a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Innova, strengthening the company’s leadership commitment to people, inclusion, and organisational excellence. She has been part of Innova for over two years, previously serving as HR Manager, and now steps into the CHRO role to lead the overall HR strategy.
During her tenure at Innova, Annalisa has overseen core HR processes and strategic initiatives, supporting business growth and organisational development. Her elevation to CHRO reflects her impact in strengthening HR governance, internal communication, talent development, and policy implementation within the organisation.
Prior to joining Innova, Annalisa served as Responsabile Risorse Umane at Zudek, managing human resource systems in the industrial refrigeration sector. She also worked as Consulente di Direzione – HR at IRF, where she authored technical-legal texts in labour law and provided strategic HR advisory services. Earlier, at Step Impianti Srl, she led HR for six group companies, overseeing recruitment, union negotiations, organisational change, welfare systems, and employer branding initiatives.
A significant part of her leadership journey was at Sto Italia Srl and Termolan LAPE, where as Head of Human Resources and Responsabile Risorse Umane, she managed HR strategy across multiple factories, liaised with German headquarters, and worked closely with executive leadership on workforce planning, compensation policies, and union relations. She began her HR career in staffing and recruitment leadership roles at Gi Group, Intempo SpA, Temporary SpA, and Adecco.
