Perth, Western Australia, Australia, September 2025 — Anne Hansen GAICD has joined SwanCare as Chief People and Culture Officer, where she will lead the organisation’s People and Culture function, including Human Resources, Workplace Health & Safety, Learning & Development, Payroll, and Marketing. In her new capacity, Anne will focus on strengthening people systems, enhancing employee experience, and supporting SwanCare’s commitment to delivering high-quality retirement living and aged care services. Her leadership reflects a deep dedication to building supportive, inclusive, and resilient workplace cultures.
In her previous role, Anne served as General Manager – People Services at Intelife, where she was responsible for shaping organisational people strategy across the group. She led initiatives in governance, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and talent development, while navigating the operational and cultural challenges of the COVID-19 environment.
Before Intelife, Anne worked with BCI Minerals as Manager – Human Resources, providing strategic HR leadership and advisory support aligned to organisational growth priorities. Her work contributed to strengthening HR practices and building capability across the workforce.
Earlier, Anne served as Human Resources Manager – APAC at DRA Pacific, where she led regional HR strategy, including remuneration alignment, workforce planning, leadership development, global process harmonisation, and expatriate deployment strategies in support of a multinational operating model.
Across her broader career, Anne has held senior HR and people leadership roles with Craig Mostyn Group, AGC, Tenova (Bateman Engineering), RCR Tomlinson, CCIWA, and Bankwest, alongside entrepreneurial experience in managing her own business. Her rich career path reflects her strengths in organisational development, people strategy, cultural transformation, and leadership advisory.
