Anne brings a unique blend of legal and HR leadership experience across prestigious fashion houses and will now spearhead the brand’s human resources strategy across international markets.
Prior to this appointment, Anne Raynal served for over five years at Berluti as Human Resources Director for EMEA and North America, where she contributed significantly to talent development and regional workforce integration within the luxury menswear segment of the LVMH group.
Before Berluti, she held the role of Global Human Resources and Legal Director at AQUAZZURA for over four years, based in Italy. During her tenure, she led HR transformation initiatives and legal compliance functions, reinforcing organizational agility within the brand’s global framework.
Earlier, Anne gained strong legal expertise in the luxury sector through roles including Senior Legal Counsel at GIVENCHY, Legal Counsel at KENZO, and Legal Counsel at Christian Louboutin. Her deep familiarity with the Louboutin brand ecosystem adds strategic continuity and insight to her new HR leadership role.
Anne began her career in international arbitration and business law at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP in Milan. Her legal foundation, paired with deep fashion industry exposure, equips her with a rare perspective on aligning human capital strategy with creative excellence.
