Virum, Capital Region of Denmark, Denmark – November 2024 – Annemette Sonderkaer has been appointed as the new Practise Chief People Officer at Delegate. In this role, Sonderkaer will oversee the People & Culture functions across Delegate, Projectum, and Consit, aiming to enhance organizational culture, foster talent development, and support strategic HR initiatives aligned with Delegate’s business objectives.
Before joining Delegate, Sonderkaer was the Head of HR, Communications & Staff at Plesner, where she successfully led HR functions with a focus on integrating employee engagement and communication strategies to drive business outcomes. Her leadership was instrumental in fostering a highly collaborative work environment that prioritized both operational excellence and employee well-being.
Sonderkaer also served as VP HR Partnering & Development at KMD for over four years, where she was responsible for crafting and implementing HR strategies that supported KMD’s growth and internationalization goals. Her work included spearheading leadership and people development programs, as well as diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a supportive environment for all employees.
Her earlier experience includes her role as Head of HR Development at PFA, where she led a team of HR strategists and drove initiatives in talent development, performance management, and preventive healthcare. Sonderkaer’s efforts contributed to a strengthened organizational culture that aligned with PFA’s long-term goals.
Additionally, Sonderkaer held various strategic roles at Deloitte and Agilent Technologies, where she gained expertise in HR transformation, leadership development, and global HR management. Her accomplishments include leading multiple HR transformation projects, enhancing talent acquisition processes, and developing comprehensive HR frameworks that supported sustainable business growth.
