Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, December 2024 – Anshul Mittal has been appointed as Head, M&A at ZETWERK, a leading global manufacturing network. In his new role, Anshul will spearhead ZETWERK’s mergers and acquisitions strategy, leveraging his extensive expertise in investment banking and corporate finance to drive growth and strategic collaborations.
Anshul brings over 19 years of experience in investment banking, mergers, and acquisitions. Prior to joining ZETWERK, he was Head of Investment Banking at Mirae Asset Capital Markets (India) Pvt. Ltd., where he led key strategic transactions and financial advisory projects for over three years. He also served as Co-Head of Investment Banking at Mirae, overseeing critical growth initiatives.
Before Mirae, Anshul held senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President at Tata Capital Investment Banking and Vice President at Ambit Corporate Finance, where he gained a reputation for delivering impactful financial solutions and leading complex deals. His journey at Ambit Holdings Ltd. spanned nearly nine years, where he contributed significantly as Associate Vice President – Group CEO’s Office, driving business development and evaluating organic and inorganic growth opportunities.
Anshul started his career with a solid foundation in finance, working across Mumbai and Singapore. He holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and is a Chartered Accountant, certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
