Paris, Île-de-France, France, October 2025 — Antoine Palfray has joined GXO Logistics, Inc. as Vice President – Solution Design, Continental Europe. In his new capacity, he will lead the development and implementation of innovative, customer-centric logistics solutions across the region, reinforcing GXO’s position as a global leader in supply chain excellence. His appointment marks a significant step in strengthening GXO’s European operations and expanding its strategic design and automation capabilities.
Before joining GXO Logistics, Antoine had a remarkable 17-year journey with CEVA Logistics, where he held multiple leadership roles across Europe and the Middle East. Most recently, he served as Global Head of Solution Design, driving transformation across CEVA’s worldwide network by implementing advanced engineering and design frameworks.
Earlier at CEVA, he held several key positions including Director, Sector Process Expert in Paris, Global Solution Design Director in Zurich, and Head of Solution Design – Eastern & Central Europe based in Warsaw. He also contributed significantly as Business Development Manager for Hungary and Romania and as Key Account Development Manager – Eastern Europe, where he played a pivotal role in regional growth and client acquisition.
Prior to his long tenure at CEVA, Antoine began his career as a Global Supply Chain Engineer at CEVA’s Global Head Office in the Netherlands. He also gained valuable experience early on as a Production Quality Officer at Valeo in Annemasse and as a Flight Attendant with Air France, demonstrating a diverse and global career foundation.
