Singapore, April 2026 – Anuj Shrimal has stepped into the role of Senior Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer – Asia at Dole Packaged Foods, taking on a critical leadership mandate to drive end-to-end supply chain excellence across the region.
In this role, he will lead Asia’s integrated supply chain covering manufacturing, agriculture, global planning, procurement, logistics, and digital transformation initiatives, while ensuring seamless collaboration across global markets and sourcing networks.
Prior to this elevation, Anuj Shrimal served as Vice President, Supply Chain & Procurement at Dole Packaged Foods, where he led global planning, supply chain solutions, procurement, and logistics across multiple geographies, managing a large spend base and driving cross-functional integration.
Earlier, he held the role of Vice President – Supply Chain, where he played a key role in strengthening planning capabilities, driving digital supply chain transformation initiatives, and supporting strategic decision-making across manufacturing, procurement, and innovation functions.
He also served as Vice President – Supply Chain Solutions and Strategic Planning, leading the implementation of advanced planning systems and enabling real-time supply chain visibility across global operations.
Over the years, Anuj Shrimal has built deep expertise in supply chain planning, digital transformation, and large-scale operational strategy through progressive leadership roles within Dole. Prior to joining Dole, he worked with i2 Technologies India Pvt Ltd., contributing to global supply chain solution implementations.
Anuj Shrimal holds an MBA from Sasin School of Management and a Master of Technology (MTech) from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, combining strong academic grounding with global business exposure.
