Pune, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 — TresVista has appointed Anukriti M as Vice President – Talent Acquisition. In this role, Anukriti will lead the organization’s talent acquisition strategy, focusing on scaling high-impact teams, strengthening hiring operations, and supporting TresVista’s continued growth across global delivery centers.
Based in Pune, Anukriti brings extensive experience in building and scaling talent ecosystems across technology, GCC, and enterprise environments. At TresVista, she will play a key role in driving end-to-end hiring strategy, vendor and partner management, and operational excellence in talent acquisition aligned with the firm’s global expansion priorities.
Prior to joining TresVista, Anukriti M served as Talent Acquisition Site Lead (West & North) at Global Payments Inc., where she led regional hiring operations in a hybrid model. During this period, she was responsible for managing large-scale recruitment programs and supporting business leaders across multiple functions.
Earlier, she worked as Talent Acquisition Manager (Deployed at Client) with Microgreen Technologies®, and before that held the role of Talent Acquisition & Strategy Manager at bp, where she oversaw end-to-end talent acquisition delivery, supported large-scale workforce deployment, mentored junior team members, and worked closely with senior stakeholders to align hiring strategy with business needs.
Anukriti’s career foundation was built over several years at HCLTech, where she served as Talent Acquisition and Operations Partner (RPO Lead), managing recruitment operations across regions. Alongside this, she also brings experience as a Technical Recruitment Consultant (Self-employed), strengthening her hands-on expertise in technical hiring, operations management, and scaling teams in fast-paced environments.
