In this leadership role, Saurabh will be responsible for driving enterprise revenue growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and expanding Prosperr.io’s footprint across large organizations as it continues to scale its fintech offerings in payroll, taxation, and financial wellness.
At Prosperr.io, Saurabh will focus on building high-impact enterprise sales motions, enabling revenue acceleration, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions for HR, finance, and business leaders. His appointment comes at a pivotal growth phase for the company as it deepens adoption of its Dynamic Payroll™ and tax-compliance solutions across India’s enterprise ecosystem.
Prior to joining Prosperr.io, Saurabh Kansal served as Senior Vice President – Global Sales at UNIVO Education, where he led global sales initiatives in a hybrid operating model. Before that, he played a critical role at Leena AI as Vice President – Technology Solutions (EMEA & APAC) and Global Head of Partnerships & Alliances, where he was instrumental in building the organization from the ground up and scaling annual recurring revenue from USD 2 million to over USD 20 million. His work spanned go-to-market strategy, regional expansion across the UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and India, and the development of global alliances and high-performing sales teams.
Earlier in his career, Saurabh spent over a decade at LinkedIn, holding multiple leadership roles including Regional Sales Head – North & East India, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, where he led large hybrid sales teams, managed strategic enterprise accounts, and consistently delivered strong customer acquisition and retention outcomes. He also held senior sales roles at Info Edge India Ltd., driving sustained revenue growth across key Delhi markets, and began his career at Reliance Communications, building dealer networks and corporate sales capabilities.
