In this strategic role, Anuradha will lead efforts to attract top-tier talent across the AI and cloud ecosystem, shaping the company’s global hiring strategies and talent roadmap.
Prior to joining Neysa, Anuradha served as Senior Manager at Jupiter, where she contributed to building strong recruitment pipelines and enhancing onboarding processes during a high-growth phase in the fintech sector. Her impactful stint spanned nearly two years.
Before that, she worked as a Senior Recruiter at Visa, where she supported large-scale hiring initiatives, and earlier as a Recruiter at Amazon, focusing on niche machine learning and research scientist roles for India-based product teams. During her tenure at Amazon, she drove branding and engagement strategies to build a high-quality pipeline of top ML talent from global universities.
Earlier in her career, Anuradha held key recruitment leadership roles at Swiggy, Informatica, and Flipkart, where she helped build high-performing teams, designed recruitment metrics, and defined best-in-class hiring experiences. Her professional journey began at ALP Management Consultants, and she gained early experience in technical hiring for both domestic and global clients through roles at Aditi Technologies, Intuit, Cisco NDS, and more.
