Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2025 — Reema H. Kundnani has been elevated to Executive Vice President – Head of Marketing and Key Account Management at Brookfield Properties. With over a decade of experience in marketing, branding, commercial leasing, and strategic advisory, Reema’s new role marks a significant step forward in Brookfield Properties’ continued growth and leadership in the Indian real estate sector.
Prior to this elevation, Reema served as Senior Vice President and Region Head – West India, overseeing commercial leasing portfolios and driving client relationships across the region. She also led the marketing, branding, and communications functions nationally, strengthening Brookfield Properties’ presence and brand equity in the market.
Her previous leadership roles include heading Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Luxury Residential Sales at Oberoi Realty, and advisory board engagements at Sell.Do and Kylas, where she contributed to digital transformation strategies for SaaS product companies. Additionally, Reema has served in key strategic marketing positions at Tech Mahindra and i-flex solutions.
Reema’s new role will focus on enhancing client experience, expanding key account relationships, and leveraging innovation to position Brookfield Properties at the forefront of India’s commercial real estate market. Her elevation reflects the organization’s commitment to recognizing leadership that drives transformation and long-term value.
