In her new role, Anuradha will focus on strengthening Sanofi’s recruitment strategy, enabling talent alignment with business priorities, and fostering a culture that supports growth, inclusion, and innovation across the organization’s India operations.
Anuradha brings close to a decade of experience across pharmaceutical, technology, and consulting sectors, with a strong record of driving end-to-end recruitment processes and building high-performing teams. Prior to joining Sanofi, she served as Talent Acquisition Partner at Novartis, where she led key talent initiatives to support organizational expansion and specialized hiring. Her tenure there helped establish structured recruitment frameworks that enhanced talent pipeline efficiency and candidate experience.
Before Novartis, she worked with the Google Operations Center, where she played a dual role as Talent and Admin Partner, managing complex hiring mandates, optimizing administrative processes, and delivering impactful employee engagement programs. Her earlier experience includes a stint with StrongHumanNetwork® as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where she focused on technical hiring and recruitment for leadership roles across industries, and at Deloitte Canada, where she began her corporate journey as an Analyst, honing her skills in stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and HR operations.
