Gurgaon, Haryana, India, September 2024 – Esha Rohila has been promoted to the role of Head – Performance and Rewards at PI Industries Ltd. In her new position, Esha will lead the organization’s performance management and rewards strategies, ensuring they align with business objectives and employee development.
Esha has been with PI Industries Ltd for over 2 years. Before her promotion, she served as the Lead – Performance and Talent Management, where she played a critical role in implementing talent identification and development practices from the ground up, as well as leading the project for the SuccessFactors Talent and Succession Module.
Prior to joining PI Industries, Esha was the HR Lead – Corp Functions and Sales HR at CarDekho for over a year. She also worked as Manager – Talent Management at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where she spearheaded job evaluation and talent initiatives in the manufacturing and supply chain sectors.
Earlier at Reliance Industries Ltd, Esha managed the annual talent reviews and succession planning for over 1,000 managers across various sites, a responsibility she carried for nearly 3 years.
