London, United Kingdom, August 2024 – Anuradha Razdan has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Beauty & Wellbeing at Unilever. In her new role, Anuradha will be a part of an incredible business that houses some of the most iconic brands across Hair, Skin, Health & Wellbeing, and Prestige categories, serving consumers globally. Additionally, Anuradha will take on the responsibility of Global Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Officer for Unilever, aiming to contribute meaningfully to advocating for more inclusion in business and communities, a cause she is deeply passionate about.
Anuradha’s recent position was at Hindustan Unilever & Unilever South Asia, where she served as the Executive Director and CHRO for over five years. Before that, she was the Vice President HR, Home Care and Head Global Talent Attraction at Unilever Plc in London for four years. She also held the role of Strategy Director to the CHRO at Unilever Plc, where she supported the CHRO on strategic agendas and led global HR transformation projects.
Earlier in her career, Anuradha was the General Manager Leadership Development at HUL & UL South Asia, responsible for end-to-end talent management and leadership development across South Asia. She also served as an HR Business Partner for Home & Personal Care and Foods & Beverages at HUL, and as an HR Manager for HUL’s Bombay Factory.
Anuradha began her career with Unilever as a Management Trainee in the Unilever Future Leaders Program and later held various HR roles, including Sales HR Manager and HR Business Partner Supply Chain.
