Singapore, January 2026 — Aon has appointed Kulshaan Singh as Enterprise Client Leader for Asia Pacific, based in Singapore, effective immediately. In this role, he will focus on building strategic partnerships and unlocking new opportunities to support enterprise and large multinational clients across the region, leveraging Aon’s integrated Risk Capital and Human Capital capabilities.
Kulshaan brings more than two decades of experience in consulting, executive leadership, and client advisory roles across Asia’s most dynamic markets. He joins Aon with a strong mandate to deliver innovative approaches that help organisations manage risk, optimise people strategies, and achieve sustainable growth ambitions across the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to this appointment, Kulshaan served as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Thai Union Group PCL, where he led group-wide people strategy and executive leadership initiatives. Before Thai Union, he held Chief People Officer roles at Minor International and Charoen Pokphand Group, where he was a member of the executive committee and supported large, diversified businesses employing hundreds of thousands of people globally.
Earlier in his career, Kulshaan spent over a decade with Mercer, where he held several senior leadership roles including Partner & CEO, Mercer Singapore and Partner & Regional Client Growth Leader for Growth Markets, overseeing strategy and client growth across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. He also previously served as Partner & Managing Director, Aon Hewitt Southeast Asia, leading regional operations and client engagement across multiple Southeast Asian markets.
Alongside his corporate leadership career, Kulshaan has maintained a strong academic and governance presence. He has served as Visiting Faculty at Sasin School of Management since 2003 and as a Committee Member at Panyapiwat Institute of Management. He holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
