Pune, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 – Archana Srivastava has started her new role as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Sterlite Electric, marking a significant leadership move in the organization’s people and transformation journey.
In her new role, Archana will lead the global HR strategy, focusing on talent development, organizational capability building, employee engagement, and workforce transformation, as Sterlite Electric continues to scale its operations and strengthen its position in global power infrastructure.
Prior to joining Sterlite Electric, Archana Srivastava served as Head HR – India at TE Connectivity, where she led HR strategy for multiple business units within the Transport Solutions segment. She partnered closely with sales, engineering, and operations teams, driving strategic workforce planning, leadership coaching, employee engagement, and inclusion initiatives across a workforce of approximately 4,000 employees.
Earlier, she held the role of General Manager – HR & BD (Global) at Vitesco Technologies, contributing to global HR initiatives and business alignment during a critical transformation phase.
She also spent nearly seven years at Continental as Head HR – Powertrain Plants, Pune, where she played a pivotal role in organizational development, leadership capability building, workforce planning, and industrial relations. During her tenure, she led initiatives such as strategic workforce planning, mentoring programs, and employee engagement frameworks, while successfully managing wage settlements and driving performance culture.
Her earlier leadership roles include serving as Head – HR (Corporate) at Kalyani Steels Limited and Deputy Manager – HR at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, where she was responsible for talent management, compensation & benefits, HR automation, and policy frameworks.
She began her career with organizations such as VA Tech Wabag Ltd. and Thermax Limited, building strong foundational expertise in HR operations, HRMS implementation, and corporate HR practices.
