Dubai, United Arab Emirates, February 2025 – Ariane Hermansen has been appointed as the HR Director at Servier Middle East. With extensive experience in human resources leadership, organizational development, and talent management, she will lead Servier’s HR strategies to enhance workplace culture, employee engagement, and business transformation in the region.
Prior to joining Servier Middle East, Ariane Hermansen spent nearly seven years at Novo Nordisk, where she most recently served as Director of People & Organization and Communication. In this role, she was responsible for organizational development, leadership coaching, employee engagement, and sustainability initiatives. Her leadership helped establish a strong people-centric culture while aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Before that, she served as HR Manager / HR Business Partner at Novo Nordisk Algeria, where she led HR, training, and organizational development at a new production site, helping scale the workforce from 70 to 140 employees. She also played a key role in engagement surveys, diversity & inclusion programs, and leadership development initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Ariane held leadership roles at Randstad Danmark, Manpower, and Nykredit, where she focused on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and strategic HR consulting. She brings a wealth of expertise in HR transformation, leadership development, and employee well-being.
