Bangkok, Thailand, June 2025 — Arindam Mukherjee has joined Hi-Tech Apparel as Group Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing over two decades of global HR leadership experience across multinational corporations and dynamic market environments. His appointment comes at a strategic juncture as Hi-Tech Apparel accelerates its international expansion and reinforces its commitment to innovation, workforce engagement, and sustainable growth.

A globally respected HR transformation leader, Arindam has held influential positions at Hilti, DKSH, IBM, Mitsubishi Chemical, and SVI Public Company Limited, where he championed culture transformation, talent management, and leadership development. In addition to his corporate role, Arindam is the Founder & CEO of Talent Intellect, a boutique HR consulting firm based in Thailand. He also co-founded TAD International Business Services, further demonstrating his entrepreneurial acumen and passion for building high-performance cultures. His ability to combine innovation with operational execution makes him uniquely positioned to elevate Hi-Tech Apparel’s HR ecosystem.

An alumnus of the MIT Sloan School of Management and Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, Arindam brings a strategic, people-first lens to modern HR leadership. His appointment signals Hi-Tech Apparel’s commitment to becoming a top global employer in the apparel manufacturing industry.
