A globally respected HR transformation leader, Arindam has held influential positions at Hilti, DKSH, IBM, Mitsubishi Chemical, and SVI Public Company Limited, where he championed culture transformation, talent management, and leadership development. His experience spans Europe and the APAC region, and he is widely known for his ability to align people strategies with evolving business needs in digitally transforming industries.
At Hi-Tech Apparel, Arindam will oversee the company’s global human capital strategy, focusing on talent development, digital enablement, employee experience, and diversity & inclusion.
