In her new role, Arpita will spearhead the company’s people strategy across the Asian region, supporting SVI’s continued regional growth and global excellence in electronic manufacturing and innovation.
Arpita brings over two decades of rich HR leadership and entrepreneurial experience across Southeast Asia and India. Most recently, she served as Managing Director at Elitas, where she focused on HR advisory and executive search. Prior to that, she spent six impactful years at DKSH, leading HR operations in Myanmar as Director, Country Human Resources, where she championed business-aligned HR strategies, developed leadership pipelines, and strengthened cultural and operational resilience across a 3000+ employee workforce.
Before DKSH, Arpita served as Executive Director at Iceberg Myanmar (IMA Executive Search), where she led recruitment, expat hiring, and HR restructuring services. She also spent six years as Director at Elitas, building a high-performing talent acquisition firm catering to mid-to-senior level searches in BFSI, FMCG, and engineering sectors across India.
Her earlier experience includes regional leadership at ManpowerGroup India, where she managed the Pune branch and led financial services hiring across western India. Arpita’s career began in client-facing and sales roles at ABN AMRO Bank, Birla Sun Life Insurance, ZILS, and Albert David Limited, giving her a strong foundation in stakeholder engagement and business development.
