Dubai, United Arab Emirates, April 2026 – Jamil Daouk has started a new role as Business Director at Ssila, marking a significant step in his leadership journey. In this role, he will work closely with executive leadership and stakeholders to drive business growth through strategic people initiatives, organizational design, and scalable talent frameworks.
In his current role at Ssila, Jamil Daouk operates as a strategic HR and talent advisor, partnering with boards and C-suite leaders to align people strategies with business outcomes. His focus spans organizational design, talent acquisition at scale, performance frameworks, and compensation structures, positioning HR as a commercial driver for sustainable growth.
Prior to this, he served as Group Head of Human Resources at Samana Group of Companies, where he led a large HR function supporting a workforce of over 2,000 employees. He played a key role in implementing structured performance systems, defining organizational frameworks, and building scalable HR operations aligned with business strategy.
Earlier, he held the position of Head of Human Resources at Bond Interiors, where he managed complex HR operations across a large workforce, led cultural transformation initiatives, and drove large-scale hiring and retention strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Before that, he worked as Director of HR & Operations at Sankari Properties, contributing to the company’s foundational growth phase by overseeing multiple business functions including HR, operations, and customer experience.
He also held leadership roles at DAMAC Properties, Emaar, and Al Tayer Group, where he built deep expertise in talent acquisition, HR business partnering, and organizational development across diverse and complex business environments.
Jamil Daouk is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Middlesex University Dubai, further strengthening his academic foundation in HR leadership.
