Prior to joining Dudley Building Society, Helen served as Chief Commercial Officer at My Pension Expert, where she drove commercial growth, cross-functional leadership, and strategic business performance. Before that, she was Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Co-op Funeralcare and Life Services, overseeing customer acquisition, strategic planning, and commercial development across the organization.
Helen also spent nearly four years with Benenden Health, where she held senior leadership roles including Chief Commercial Officer and Group Commercial Director, leading commercial transformation, proposition development, sales, marketing, and growth strategy. Her tenure there significantly strengthened her expertise in defining business opportunities, delivering innovative propositions, and driving long-term organizational success.
Earlier in her career, Helen spent over a decade at Engage Mutual Assurance, where she progressed through multiple leadership roles including Head of Marketing, Head of Engage Mutual Health, and Head of Distribution, building extensive expertise in product development, marketing strategy, digital transformation, and customer-centric business growth within financial services. Her foundational experience also includes product management roles at Pearl Assurance.
With more than two decades of leadership across financial services, insurance, healthcare, and member-focused organizations, Helen brings exceptional commercial, strategic, and growth expertise to her new role at Dudley Building Society.
