Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2025 — Arshad Mumtaz has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer at CogentHubCX.AI, a next-generation customer experience transformation company. In his new role, Arshad will spearhead operational strategy and drive the company’s vision of seamlessly blending human insight with AI-powered precision to redefine the standards of service delivery in the BPO industry.
Prior to this, Arshad served as EVP & Global Business Leader at IGT Solutions for over 11 years, where he led strategy, operations, and financial performance across a global delivery network. He managed large-scale teams, executed service transformation strategies, and championed the adoption of advanced technologies like speech analytics, robotics, and machine learning to enhance service excellence
Earlier, he held the role of SVP – Global Sales & Operations Leader at Spanco BPO, where he successfully scaled telecom operations across India and Africa, growing domestic business significantly and building strategic alliances with telecom clients such as Airtel, Tigo, and Vodacom.
Arshad also played a critical role as VP – Head of Outsourcing and Contact Center Operations at Bharti Airtel, where he was responsible for managing 33 contact centres across India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh, driving process optimization and customer satisfaction through digital innovation and robust partner management.
His prior leadership journey includes senior roles at TTEC India, Hughes Network Systems, GE Capital, and 21 Century Solutions, where he consistently demonstrated expertise in operations, transitions, quality, and customer relationship management.
