Istanbul, Türkiye, September 2024 – Aslı Namal has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Acibadem Healthcare Group, one of Türkiye’s largest private healthcare organizations. In this role, Aslı will be responsible for spearheading HR strategies, talent management, and leadership development initiatives across the group’s extensive healthcare network, which includes 24 hospitals and 18 outpatient clinics. Her strategic HR leadership will be vital in supporting Acibadem’s continuous growth and commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services.
Prior to joining Acibadem Healthcare Group, Aslı served as Group Human Resources Director at Eczacıbaşı Building Products Group, where she was responsible for managing HR operations across five countries for over 1,125 employees. During her 2.5-year tenure, she successfully implemented key talent acquisition strategies and organizational development programs, driving cultural change and improving employee engagement.
Before that, Aslı was the Group Human Resources Director at Eczacıbaşı Healthcare Group, where she led HR and corporate communications for five companies with TL 750M in revenue. She played a critical role in guiding the executive team through organizational restructurings, fostering a cost-efficient and flexible workforce, and launching talent management programs to enhance employee engagement.
Earlier in her career, Aslı held the position of Human Resources Director at Eczacıbaşı Pharmaceuticals, where she oversaw the HR functions for over eight years. Her leadership helped the company earn “Great Place to Work” and “AON Best Employer” awards. She also contributed to major organizational design initiatives that improved customer experience and increased business efficiencies.
Aslı has extensive experience in HR leadership, having also held roles at JTI and Sony Eurasia, where she was responsible for recruitment, development, and HR operations, further refining her expertise in global HR strategies and employee development.
