Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2024 – Arun Nair has taken on the role of Head of Global Talent Acquisition & Retention at Rubicon Research Limited. In his new position, Arun will lead global strategies for talent acquisition and retention, ensuring the organization continues to attract and retain top talent to drive its innovation and growth in the pharmaceutical industry. Based in Mumbai, he will oversee the development and execution of global recruitment and retention initiatives, working closely with leadership to align talent strategies with the company’s ambitious goals.

Prior to joining Rubicon Research Limited, Arun served as Associate Vice President – Talent Acquisition at IKS Health. He played a pivotal role in leading talent acquisition efforts for the company, overseeing global talent management, and implementing strategies that enhanced recruitment processes across the organization. Arun’s expertise in process improvement and leadership hiring contributed to IKS Health’s growth over the past two and a half years.

Before IKS Health, Arun worked as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at CitiusTech, where he was responsible for driving technology leadership and campus hiring initiatives. His role involved managing talent pipelines and developing hiring strategies to meet the company’s technology-driven objectives, ensuring a seamless alignment of talent with the company’s needs.

Arun also held the role of Director of Talent Acquisition at IKS Health, where he focused on leadership, strategic hiring, and special projects for both the US and India. His leadership skills and strategic direction were instrumental in driving key talent acquisition projects and building strong recruitment processes for the organization.

Earlier in his career, Arun worked as Senior Resource Manager at Bellsoft Inc., where he was responsible for managing talent acquisition for pharmaceutical and medical device clients. He specialized in SAP and Oracle implementations and played a significant role in global recruitment and resource management.

Arun began his career as a Project Lead at Respondez and held various roles at US Medical Billing Company and Tranquilmoney, Inc., gaining valuable experience in project management and healthcare recruitment.
