Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, December 2025 – Arun Rajendran has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director – India and Southeast Asia at SEGULA Technologies. In this strategic leadership role, he is responsible for driving regional growth, strengthening market presence, and expanding strategic partnerships across key industrial sectors. He leads business strategy, operations, and customer engagement across India and Southeast Asia, leveraging deep expertise in engineering services, automotive, and diversified industries to accelerate SEGULA’s expansion in high-growth markets.
In his current role at SEGULA Technologies, Arun is steering commercial and operational strategy across India and Southeast Asia, scaling operations, building strategic alliances, strengthening client partnerships, and accelerating market penetration across automotive, aerospace, rail, energy, EV, hydrogen, and advanced manufacturing segments.
Prior to this appointment, he served as Chief Commercial Officer (APMEA) at SEGULA Technologies, where he led commercial strategy across India and export markets, defined go-to-market strategies, built high-value partnerships, and drove large-scale business development initiatives to strengthen SEGULA’s global delivery footprint.
Earlier, Arun spent close to eight years at HCL Technologies, where he most recently served as Country Head Malaysia – Diversified Industries and earlier as Senior Regional Sales Director – Automotive India, leading multi-country growth initiatives, managing large enterprise relationships, and driving automotive vertical expansion across Asia.
Before HCL Technologies, he served as Deputy General Manager – Head of New Markets and Strategic Initiatives at HCL Services Ltd, where he created new markets in India and the GCC, anchored strategic initiatives, and supported corporate affairs programs.
Arun’s earlier leadership journey includes senior global sales and business development roles at CGWerks, Percipia, Altosys Software Technologies, The Boston Group, and BiTech Group, building a strong foundation in strategy, consulting, market entry, and APAC growth leadership.
