Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, December 2025 – Ram Prasad has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Brilyant. In this strategic leadership role, he is responsible for transforming HR into a growth-enabling function, strengthening employee experience, and building inclusive, high-performance cultures aligned to Brilyant’s global expansion strategy. His appointment underscores Brilyant’s commitment to making people strategy a core pillar of organizational success.
In his current role at Brilyant, Ram leads global HR strategy, workforce planning, leadership development, talent acquisition, and culture transformation initiatives supporting the organization’s international growth ambitions across multiple geographies.
Prior to this, he served as HR Leader & Director at Carelon Global Solutions (Elevance Health GCC), where he scaled HR for more than 18,000 associates across India, Philippines, Israel, Ireland, and Puerto Rico, influencing global HR CoEs including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, L&D, DEI, HR Operations, and Organizational Design.
Earlier, Ram spent nearly nine years at Deloitte as Vice President – Human Resources, where he set up and scaled Deloitte’s GCC/GBS HR ecosystem across the US, India, and 16 countries, established Deloitte University in India, and led major corporate citizenship and people transformation initiatives.
He has also held senior HR leadership roles at Cisco Systems, Wipro Technologies, and Aircel (Maxis Telecom), and earlier business leadership positions at NIIT, Planetasia, and Edutech Middle East, building a uniquely diverse foundation across education, telecom, IT services, and professional services sectors.
Alongside corporate leadership, Ram actively contributes to academia as an Adjunct and Visiting Faculty, and has served as a Fractional HR Leader and Strategic Advisor, supporting GCCs across FinTech, Consulting, Logistics, and Healthcare sectors.
Ram holds a Master’s in Systems & Information from BITS Pilani and an Executive Certificate in General Management from IIM Calcutta.
