Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands, June 2026 — Annick Leeuwenberg has been appointed as Global Senior HR Director – Transformation at Coty.In her new role, Leeuwenberg will lead transformation-focused people initiatives across the organization, leveraging her extensive expertise in HR transformation, organizational change, talent development, leadership strategy, workforce planning, and people analytics.
Leeuwenberg has been associated with Coty for more than four years and has steadily progressed through several senior leadership positions within the organization. Prior to her latest appointment, she served as Senior HR Director Finance, IT, GBS & Interim Corporate Affairs and Senior HR Director Finance, IT & GBS, where she acted as a strategic advisor to the CFO and CIO while leading the people agenda for Finance, IT, and Global Business Services functions. During this period, she played a significant role in supporting Coty’s company-wide transformation initiatives, strategic workforce planning, executive succession management, talent development programs, organizational design, compensation strategies, and data-driven people decision-making.
Before joining Coty, Leeuwenberg served with the United Nations, where she held roles including Programme Management Officer and Associate Expert, Leadership Support Section. During her tenure, she contributed to senior leadership succession planning, talent pool development, recruitment of senior mission leaders, HR policy development, onboarding, and leadership analytics across global UN operations.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Accenture the Netherlands as a Management Consultant and Junior Management Consultant, focusing on talent management, leadership development, HR strategy, digital transformation, business process optimization, organizational change, and HR technology implementations for multinational clients.Her professional journey also includes leadership experience with ASVA and operational leadership roles at Ahold, where she gained early experience in team management, recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational operations.
With her strong background spanning HR transformation, leadership development, talent strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, and change management, Leeuwenberg is well positioned to support Coty’s ongoing transformation agenda and people strategy.
