Dubai, United Arab Emirates, September 2025 — Beiersdorf has announced the appointment of Arush Babbar as Vice President Marketing – Emerging Markets. With a career rooted in global brand building and digital transformation across skincare and consumer goods, Arush brings to his new role a wealth of international experience, market insight, and leadership in developing customer-centric marketing strategies.
At Beiersdorf, Arush most recently served as Global Associate Vice President for NIVEA Body & Creme based in Hamburg. Prior to that, he worked in Dubai as Regional Marketing Director for Emerging Markets, leading innovative marketing efforts to expand brand reach and connect deeply with diverse consumer segments.
Earlier, at NIVEA India, he spearheaded category and digital marketing functions, helping shape the brand’s positioning and engagement strategy across India. His ability to blend traditional brand building with digital disruption contributed to significant business growth.
Before joining Beiersdorf, Arush held multiple roles at Godrej Consumer Products Limited where he was responsible for brand management, key accounts, and strategic marketing initiatives. His work spanned both national and regional markets, and he developed a strong understanding of evolving consumer behavior in competitive landscapes.
Arush began his professional journey after completing his MBA in Marketing from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. Over the years, he has built a robust foundation across brand, digital, and regional marketing, making him well-equipped to drive Beiersdorf’s expansion in emerging markets.
