Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR, October 2025 — Arvind Usretay has been appointed as Head – Human Capital Consulting, People Solutions Asia at Lockton. With more than two decades of leadership experience in human capital consulting, rewards, and financial services, Arvind brings a wealth of expertise in people strategy, talent management, and organizational transformation to his new role.
Arvind joins Lockton after a successful stint at Mercer Asia, where he served as Regional Client Manager, Asia, engaging closely with C-level clients across the region to deliver tailored solutions on workforce trends, organizational design, and total rewards strategies. He previously led as Senior Director & Commercial Leader – India & South Asia at Mercer India, overseeing growth management, partnerships, and business development.
Earlier, Arvind spent close to five years at Willis Towers Watson (WTW) as Director – Talent & Rewards, Head of BFSI Practice, where he specialized in pay-for-performance solutions, mergers & acquisitions, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. His work was instrumental in strengthening WTW’s client engagement and global presence in the rewards and financial services domain.
Prior to WTW, Arvind held leadership roles at EY as Rewards Leader, and Mercer Consulting as Retirement Business Leader for India & the sub-continent, where he drove strategic vision, client acquisition, and retirement solutions. His earlier career included leadership positions at Bharti AXA Life Insurance, DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance, Max New York Life, ICICI Bank, NIIT Limited, and Sify Technologies, where he developed strong expertise in business development, alliances, and strategic project management.
In his new role, Arvind will spearhead Lockton’s Human Capital Consulting practice for People Solutions across Asia, focusing on innovative HR strategies and solutions to support clients in navigating complex workforce challenges.
