With over a decade of experience across People & Culture, Business Strategy, and Organizational Development, Manisha has consistently worked alongside leadership teams to deliver high-impact initiatives, optimize business processes, and cultivate future-ready talent frameworks.
Before joining Namasys Analytics, Manisha served as Principal Human Resources Consultant at Green Bridge Consulting, where she provided expert guidance on HR transformation, change management, and people strategy for a variety of clients.
Her earlier stints include impactful tenures as Senior Human Resource Manager at ClixLogix and Successive Technologies, where she was instrumental in delivering robust training programs, driving total rewards strategies, and fostering talent development.
Manisha’s HR journey also includes a four-year role at iBoss Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd / iWiz Technologies Inc, where she contributed to core HR functions and organizational design, establishing herself as a people-first leader in the tech sector.
