Prior to joining MFS, Peter served as Head of Human Resources at Cove UK, where he supported the development of high-performing teams across prime UK leisure and residential destinations. He also played a key role at London Women’s Clinic as part of the executive team, contributing to the scaling of their fertility business across the UK.
Earlier in his career, Peter held HR leadership positions at Portsmouth City Council, Halo ARC, and Mitsubishi Corporation, where he led HR operations across 32 international offices. With a background that includes global, public sector, and startup environments, he is recognized for his strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and deep commitment to organizational culture and transformation.
