Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2025 – Ashish Bhambri has been appointed as the Director of Talent Acquisition at TTEC, where he will lead strategic initiatives to drive excellence in talent acquisition and workforce planning. With over 15 years of extensive experience in human resources and recruitment across leading global organizations, Ashish is set to strengthen TTEC’s ability to attract and retain top talent.
Ashish comes to TTEC after a brief tenure as Group General Manager – Talent Acquisition at Ingram Micro, where he spearheaded talent strategies and recruitment operations. Prior to this, he served at ZS, where he held multiple leadership roles over five years, including Director and India Region Lead, driving innovative hiring practices and managing high-performing teams across diverse geographies.
Earlier in his career, Ashish held prominent positions at Moody’s Corporation and EY, where he developed comprehensive talent acquisition frameworks and implemented process optimizations to enhance recruitment efficiency. His contributions included leadership in executive search, employer branding, and niche talent acquisition strategies.
Ashish began his HR journey at organizations like UnitedLex Corporation and FIS, where he gained hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and business HR functions. His educational foundation, with a PGDBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, complements his strong track record in talent acquisition and strategic workforce management.
