Dubai, United Arab Emirates, July 2025 – Ashish Mane has joined the Landmark Group as the Head of Human Resources for Babyshop, one of the region’s most iconic retail brands in the children’s category. In this role, Ashish will spearhead HR strategy, talent development, and drive a people-first agenda to support Babyshop’s growth across its expansive network of over 235 stores in 16 countries.
Before joining Landmark Group, Ashish served as Vice President Human Resources at KEC International Ltd., where he led HR for key business verticals including Oil & Gas, Urban Infrastructure, and Cables. He also headed Performance & Rewards and the Digital Center of Excellence, contributing significantly to the company’s organizational agility and transformation.
Earlier, Ashish spent over eight years at Marico Limited, holding multiple leadership roles including Head of Organization Development, Director & Head HR for Marico Bangladesh, and Business HR Head for Operations & Technology. His tenure at Marico was marked by impactful work in culture building, international HR leadership, and transformation initiatives.
Prior to Marico, Ashish was Head HR for the Consumer Products Business at Piramal Enterprises, and earlier held HR leadership roles at Godrej Industries, Asian Paints, and Infosys Technologies Ltd. He brings with him over two decades of experience across leading Indian and global organizations, with deep expertise in organizational development, culture transformation, and people capability building.
Ashish is an alumnus of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, where he completed his Master’s in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations.
