Niš, Centralna Srbija, Serbia, February 2025 – Ana Milenkovic has joined Naissus Technologies as Chief People Officer, where she will lead HR strategy, workforce development, and organizational transformation. With a deep background in organizational psychology, talent development, and employee engagement, she brings extensive expertise in workplace well-being, leadership training, and strategic HR initiatives.
Prior to joining Naissus Technologies, Milenkovic worked as an Organizational Psychologist at Rezilient, where she specialized in career development, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and psychological assessment. Additionally, she has been serving as a Psychotherapist at Psihotim, focusing on employee well-being, leadership coaching, and mental health strategies.
She has also been a Training Specialist and Lecturer Psychotherapist at the Serbian Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies (SRABCT) for nearly two decades, where she has led training programs on stress management, workplace wellness, and career skills development.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a Team Lead Manager at Transcom, where she was responsible for talent development and operational efficiency. She also held leadership roles in psychotherapy, HR consulting, and talent management across various organizations, including PSIHOCENTAR MM, NGO Timocki Omladinski Centar, and several educational institutions.
Milenkovic holds an M.A. in Psychology from the University of Nis and is a Certified Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapist from the Serbian Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies (SRABCT). She is also an active member of the European Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapists (EABCT) and the Association of Psychotherapists of Serbia (SDPS).
