New York, United States, February 2025 – Cindy N Gordon has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Madison Energy Infrastructure, where she will lead the company’s people strategy, talent development, and organizational growth initiatives. With extensive experience in HR leadership, workforce strategy, and change management, she will play a critical role in driving culture transformation, talent acquisition, and leadership development within the organization.
Prior to joining Madison Energy Infrastructure, Cindy N Gordon held a variety of senior HR leadership roles across industries. She was Chief People Officer at Policygenius, where she built the People function from the ground up, overseeing talent development, HR operations, and culture strategy. During her tenure, she scaled the company’s workforce from 20 to 400+ employees, contributing to Policygenius being recognized as one of Inc.’s Best Places to Work multiple times.
Before that, she served as Head of People at Oscar Health, where she expanded the HR team and developed innovative employee engagement programs, helping the company grow from 80 to over 545 employees. Her leadership was instrumental in shaping the HR policies and talent framework that supported the company’s rapid expansion.
Her 14-year tenure at McKinsey & Company saw her holding multiple positions, including Manager of Professional Development, Senior Recruiter & Team Lead, and Senior Benefits Analyst. During this period, she played a pivotal role in executive hiring, talent pipeline management, and workforce planning, working closely with business leaders to develop high-impact HR solutions.
Beyond corporate HR leadership, Gordon is actively involved in HR consulting and people strategy advisory through Lil Cin LLC, working with clients such as Alma, Noom, LifeLabs Learning, and Insight Partners. She also serves as a Board Member and Secretary at Scarlet Spark, an organization dedicated to enhancing workplace culture and engagement within the animal advocacy sector.
