Hyderabad, Telangana, India, January 2025 — Ashish Mittal has rejoined Sreenidhi Educational Group as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In his new role, he will oversee the strategic HR leadership across the Group’s diverse entities, including Sreenidhi University (SUH), Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology (SNIST), Sreenidhi Deccan Football Club (SDFC), Sreenidhi Sports Academy (SNSA), Sreenidhi International School (SIS), and KMR Foundation. His focus will be on fostering organizational growth, talent development, and operational excellence across the Group’s educational, sports, and social impact initiatives.
Prior to rejoining Sreenidhi Educational Group, Ashish Mittal served as Director of HR at FLAME University, Pune, where he played a key role in organizational management and talent strategies. Earlier, he served as Group CHRO at Sreenidhi Educational Group for over three years, overseeing HR operations for multiple institutions and sports ventures, contributing to the Group’s rapid expansion and talent retention strategies.
Before his time at Sreenidhi, he held senior HR leadership roles at Shiv Nadar University as General Manager & Head HR, and Pearson as Deputy General Manager – HR, where he was instrumental in driving workforce planning and employee engagement strategies. Ashish also brings experience from leadership positions at Manipal International University, Infosys BPM, and The Akshaya Patra Foundation, demonstrating extensive expertise in HR transformation, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
