Having been part of the Editec Group for over four years, Ashleigh’s new position reinforces her continued commitment to driving people strategy, organizational culture, and talent excellence within one of the most dynamic entertainment and sports betting ecosystems in the industry.
Ashleigh has been an integral part of EDITEC and GOAT Interactive for more than four and a half years. Most recently, she served as Head of HR EMC & GOAT, where she led human resources strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives across multiple markets. Prior to that, she was Senior People Partner and earlier HR Advisor within the same group, playing a pivotal role in shaping talent policies and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Before joining the Editec Group, Ashleigh worked at Castleton Commodities International as Associate Junior HR Advisor, gaining exposure to global HR operations and employee lifecycle management. Earlier, she served as HR Coordinator at Beazley, a global insurance specialist, and HR Assistant at FC Exchange, where she honed her skills in HR administration, recruitment, and people support. Her professional journey began as Office Assistant at CoolLED, where she developed a strong foundation in people operations and organizational processes.
