Boston, Massachusetts, United States, July 2025 – Ashley O’Connor has taken on a new leadership role as Vice President – Revenue Operations, People Enablement at Pearson, marking a significant advancement in her dynamic career within the company. In this elevated position, Ashley will drive strategic initiatives at the intersection of sales enablement, operational excellence, and talent empowerment, aligning revenue operations with Pearson’s mission to deliver impactful learning experiences.
Ashley has been with Pearson since August 2022, most recently serving as Head of Enterprise Sales Enablement and previously as Director, Global Rewards. During her tenure, she led enterprise-wide compensation strategies, supported M&A integrations, and advanced sales incentive plans to align with performance goals and business priorities.
Before joining Pearson, Ashley was Associate Director of Incentive Compensation at AstraZeneca, where she managed incentive design and field compensation strategies for the U.S. Complement franchise. She also built performance analytics models and led data-driven approaches to reward design.
Her earlier experience includes nearly five years at Hologic, Inc., where she served as Manager of Sales Incentives, Performance, and Enablement. In this role, she led territory alignment, KPI reporting, quota methodology, and sales training initiatives that supported field effectiveness and growth.
Ashley began her career in finance, with analyst roles at Waters Corporation, IGT, General Dynamics, and Putnam Investments, building strong foundations in financial modeling, reporting, and organizational analytics—skills that now support her holistic approach to people and revenue operations.
