(TSXV: CTEK), where she will lead the company’s financial strategy, reporting, and governance as it continues to scale its innovative clean technology solutions.
Ashley has also been a Co-Founder of Con Brio Consulting, where she provided strategic financial and business advisory services for over a decade, supporting clients in building sustainable operations and strong governance practices.
Before her entrepreneurial venture, she spent several years at Robert Half, where she advanced into leadership as AVP, Practice Director and earlier as Client Service Director, guiding client relations and financial consulting across diverse industries.
Earlier in her career, Ashley held key financial roles at Sarina Homes and ProCura Real Estate Services, where she was instrumental in financial reporting, asset management, and operational efficiency.
She began her professional journey with KPMG Canada, where she served as a Senior Consultant and previously as a Summer Intern, gaining strong expertise in assurance, compliance, and financial advisory services.
